I was looking around Youtube last night and came across a lot of older commercials that were played in the 90s. I found a lot of toy commercials and this one is one that I don’t remember seeing when I was a kid. This commercial is from the UK and was played in the 90s. I don’t think this commercial would play in America… and you will probably find out why after you watch it.

Beach Week!

This is a GREAT resturaunt in Myrtle Beach, SC.

On Sunday I posted about traveling to the beach. I just got home about four hours ago, and my week was great. My family rented a house at North Myrtle beach in South Carolina and we had a great time. On Sunday we got to the beach and ate at Fudruckers which is a really good burger place. We then went back to our house and went out on the beach for a few hours. (IT WAS PACKED!)

The next day we went out on the beach most of the day and then went to Margaritaville for dinner. It was really good and we waited about an hour to get into the resturaunt. We then walked around the big shopping center called “Broadway at the Beach”, when we left we went back to the beach and watched the olympics (I watched Michael Phelps swim just about every night and he is doing awesome).

On wednesday it rained a lot so we went shopping. The shopping centers were extremely packed and people were parking in the middle of the street and on the sides of median. That night we waited for two hours and then ate at Miyabi Japanese steakhouse. It was expensive but it was REALLY good. I really wanted this nice hoodie from Ron Jon surfshop and you can see the one I bought here. I was debating buying it because I usually don’t spend that much but I really wanted it.

On thursday I was really burnt so I only spent about an hour on the beach while my family was out there all day. We packed up everything and watched the american girls win gold and silver in gymnastics. It was a great trip and it was sad to come home.

I am in the car with my family on my way to the beach. I just finished watching Mulan on my laptop and we have another 4 hours to go. My sister Salena and her friend are both asleep ( pictured on the bottom). I thought I would post something up cause I am very bored.

I may post again tomorrow just depends on what I am doing. We are about to stop and eat at burger king, have a good Sunday!

Premiering last night on all US TV sets, the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics have officially begun!

Although because of timezones, the show was not live - everyone in the US saw it 12 hours later (there is a twelve hour time difference between the eastern coast of the USA and Chinese local time). The Opening Ceremony was absolutely amazing if you missed the four-and-a-half hour airing on NBC. China went far out to show their unique culture and harmonious ways (you’d get the corny joke if you saw it). It was the best Opening Ceremony that I’ve seen in my lifetime. The only thing that annoyed me were the commercials that came on every ten minutes. If I’m not mistaken, the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics had no commercials during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. If you missed the lighting of the torch, you missed something awesome as well.

BlueBobble is keeping you up to date with the latest medal winnings and which countries have won them with a small widget on the right side of the screen. Good luck to all teams around the world competing, but better off - GO TEAM USA!

Fanny Pack eliminated… ABDC does it again!

Fanny Pak is a dance crew on the Show America’s Best Dance crew. Each week they have given America great performances that have made them worthy of being on the show. During week eight it came down to Super crew and Fanny Pak. Supercrew is of course the judges favorite so they weren’t going to eliminate them. So, after two amazing performances that fanny gave they were knocked off the show.

I missed it when it came on at both 10 and 11 pm last night so I waited until 3:00 am to watch it. Even after waiting up that late and seeing the results it was not what I expected.

This same exact situation happened last season. The two best crews were in the bottom two and the crew that they said had the most votes most likely didn’t. So they had to eliminate one of them and it was not right.

It upsets me because they were so entertaining and creative that it made you want to watch the show even more. I hope that america votes right and votes for who should really deserve to win.

If you want to find out more about fanny pack you can read about the crew, look at pictures and video, or discuss with other fans of the show on the MTV message boards by clicking here.

Hey guys, I sound like a broken record when I say things are going to be delayed. I’m sorry for that but summer is just so hectic. Trust me, I was so much more organized and got everything done during my first year of college. Things will be set up and they will go much smoother in a few weeks.

Our next show will not come out until sometime next weekend because I am leaving this sunday to go to the beach with my family. We will be renting a house on the beach and I won’t have internet on my laptop. I may post from my iPhone right on the beach so you will have to check back to see that :P.

Feel free to keep sending in those voicemails and emails. We love to hear from you guys. This also doesnt mean there will be no acivity on here until then. Check back because you never know when something new will be posted.
